Order Information and Return Policy

Order Fulfillment strives to ship out all orders within 24 hours of order placement. The majority of all products are shipped from our Chicago warehouse. However, some large and custom built items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order only IF your order has not been shipped. All backorders and preorders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping. No order is deemed canceled until you receive an email from confirming that your order has been canceled. If you attempt to cancel your order and it has already shipped out, any subsequent return would fall under the Return Policy. See Below.

Sales Tax is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of Illinois All other orders will not require collection of sales tax


Please see our Shipping policy for information regarding’s shipping policy. If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping or is defective, please fill out the form included with your order, and return the product to the address listed below. A replacement item will be shipped out immediately upon return of the damaged or defective item.

Order Status

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipping method and the tracking number.

Return Policy

Our holiday return policy is this: If you place your order after November 15 you have until January 15 to return the product back to no questions asked. You may exchange your gift for a different size, receive store credit, or we will refund the original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order. All standard fees (as stated below) apply.

Our standard return policy outside of this holiday time period is as follows: If, within 30 days of order receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be in like new condition in its original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. If returns are received in used or damaged condition, no refund will be given.  

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for consumables, wigs, costumes, or cosmetics.

If you decide to return a product that you had previously purchased, you must fill out the form included with your order and include it with the returned product. If you have lost or misplaced this form, it is important to include with your return the following information: Order Number, Name on order, Why you are returning the product.

(We are not a brick and mortar store, only online) strongly recommends shipping your product back to using a delivery method that generates a tracking number or delivery receipt. Please keep this number until your refund has been processed by us.

Once receives your return, please expect up to two weeks to receive your refund or credit. Your return will be less any shipping charges incurred and a 10% restocking fee. If you place an exchange order for equal or greater value than the return, the restocking fee will be waived.

Your refund will be given as a credit to your original payment method. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased using a gift certificate, you will receive in-store credit as your refund.

If there was an error in your shipment, or if you received a damaged or defective product, please call us within 10 days and we will send you the correct product or replacement product at no cost to you.
